Flashback to 2005 when these standing pullover exercise photos were taken…been a long time since I did these, but I added them in today because the gym was busy and I needed a replacement exercise.All the racks were taken so I couldn’t do good mornings…I tried to kill time with the standing pullover, but they were still busy so I did RDL’s instead of good mornings.Description below.Today’s
