I need to lose weight for baseball and heres what my coach told me. Your body doesnt have to be emptied of food energy to burn fat he said that if i just get my heart rate up to about 135 bpm my body would switch from burning food energy to burning fat off of my body after about 20 minutes of this pace.

    True dat! Hydroxycut just takes the water out of your system. As a baseball player do you think it would be good for your muscles not to be hydrated? I hope you answered no!

    OK no offense but i don’t see how you have to be in shape for baseball….unless you are a shortstop or something and you have to run fast to the ball……but i would suggest running, biking, jump roping and just a good diet
