I wasn’t really sure I got much out of the Arms and Shoulders DVD but thats mainly because I don’t have my weights or resistance bands yet which was half of the DVD. I still got a little workout from the things that I could do however. When I moved onto the ab ripper x I really got a workout however. It looks as if i’m losing .2 lbs a day, which is good in the goal of meeting the healthy weight loss goal of 1 – 2 pounds a week. So from now on i’ll start including the decimal point in my data, as long as its coming off im glad. Here is my data for today:
