 Well yesterday I went out and bought a bunch of food to follow the nutritional guide that came with the P90X, and this is what i’m doing.
Breakfast – Protein Shake (1/3 Cup of Whey Protein, 8 Oz. Skim Milk, Tspn of Peanut Butter, Sprinkling of Cinnamon, and a Banana)
Lunch – V8 Vegetable Juice
Dinner – 12 oz. Meat, with Wheat Bread, and 8 oz. Milk 
Snack – Celery with some Peanut Butter
I started the program today and got a good workout, I like how the Core Synergistics DVD worked out everything. Highlight to the Prison Cell Pushups, and the Chatarunga Run…they really hurt. My heart rate was up the whole time and I can’t wait for a couple weeks to go by to see if I can see any progress. Thanks for the comments and the followers all ready and here is my data for today:
Weight: 183 lbs.
Bodyfat: 21%
