			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>The Yoga X was not at all what I was expecting. I thought it&#8217;d be relaxing but this DVD has been the one i&#8217;ve struggled with the most so far. It was an hour and a half long and nearly destroyed me with all the poses. I found the biggest problem I had was holding the poses for such lengthy periods. I&#8217;m not really hurting afterwards but I was definately hurting during.  Here is my data for today:

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I wasn&#8217;t really sure I got much out of the Arms and Shoulders DVD but thats mainly because I don&#8217;t have my weights or resistance bands yet which was half of the DVD. I still got a little workout from the things that I could do however. When I moved onto the ab ripper x I really got a workout however.  It looks as if i&#8217;m losing .2 lbs a day, which is good in the goal of meeting the healthy weight loss goal of 1 &#8211; 2 pounds a week. So from now on i&#8217;ll start including the decimal point in my data, as long as its coming off im glad.  Here is my data for today:</div>

<div>I started the program today and got a good workout, I like how the Core Synergistics DVD worked out everything. Highlight to the Prison Cell Pushups, and the Chatarunga Run&#8230;they really hurt. My heart rate was up the whole time and I can&#8217;t wait for a couple weeks to go by to see if I can see any progress. <p>     Allow me to introduce the purpose and the beginnings of this blog. I am a Soldier in the US Army and I have just recently arrived at Fort Bragg, NC. I&#8217;ve only been here for a couple weeks and I&#8217;ve already heard a ton about this program called P90X. Supposedly it&#8217;s a workout program that will turn your body into a weight loss machine after about 90 days if your overweight and if your not it&#8217;ll get you ripped.  Of course when I first heard all these claims I immediately thought of the early morning Paid Programming that I used to watch before school and dismissed it as a gimmick.</p>
<p>However I continued hearing about this program so much that I decided to look into it via the internet. After a couple days of research I could only dig up good things about this program and by asking around my unit I&#8217;ve seen a few Soldiers who swear by it. So having a few extra bucks I navigated my way over to their website and purchased a kit for myself seeing as how I was a little out of shape and now that I&#8217;m in Bragg I really need to get into shape so I can succeed at the things I want to do over here.</p>
<p>So this blog has been created to track my progress with this program and to hopefully motivate me a little more to get fit. I will upload day by day pictures on here and tell about my experiences with the program each day to all of you who are interested.  But mostly this is something that I can come back to and look at to see how far I&#8217;ve gone and to keep me motivated when I get lazy (which I&#8217;m very apt to do).</p>

<p>I am really excited to start this program. I think the only problem I&#8217;ll have with it, is sticking to the nutrition guidelines because I&#8217;m very fond of my soft drinks and candy.
