After all, you have to keep in mind what you are wanting to achieve in your body building workout – and, believe it or not, your clothes can make a difference in the effectiveness of your workout.<br/><br/>Some people really don’t put any thought into their body building clothes. They throw on a T-shirt and a pair of sweatpants and head to the gym. This might work for some people, but you really should put a little thought into your body building clothes.<br/><br/>The biggest consideration you need to keep in mind is comfort. When you are undertaking an intense body building routine, you need to be able to move around easily. You should wear clothing that allows you to move freely without constraint.<br/><br/>For both men and women, the ideal body building clothing choice would be a tank top and shorts. This type of clothes allows you to move your body and work your muscles without the restraint of tight fitting or binding material.<br/><br/>When choosing body building clothes, keep in mind that you are going to sweat. That sweat can help you melt off body fat and can also help your muscles work more effectively. So, you might want to choose some clothes that will keep the sweat in and make it work for you.<br/><br/>Spandex clothing can be good for keeping the sweat in. Spandex will hold in body heat and allow the sweat to work for you. You may also want to wear sweat pants that are designed to keep body heat where it can work for you best of all. Reebok even makes body building clothing that will emit peppermint scent when your body starts to sweat. I don’t know about you, but it sure sounds like a smart thing to me!<br/><br/>When you are competing in body building competitions, you will want to choose clothing that can show off your body in the most tasteful way possible. The idea in contests is to show off the muscles you have worked so hard to build, so pick a swim suit that is a complementary color and that makes your body look as good as it has become.<br/><br/>So many people don’t really put much thought into the type of clothes they choose for body building, but it really can be an important part of your workout. While being in the gym is by no means a fashion show, you will still want to dress for comfort as well as effectiveness. Put a little thought into your body building clothes and make your workout work for you!<br/><br/><br/><br/></div>

There are three main muscles you want to focus on with your legs; your quadriceps, hamstrings and calves. By working out these muscles, you will build strong and durable legs.<br/><br/>Luckily, many leg exercises will workout each of the three muscles. Squats are great for building strong and powerful legs. It involves you placing weight on a barbell and squatting down with the weight rested on your neck. It is important you perform this with good technique. Other exercises for your quadriceps include leg press, leg extensions, dumbbell lunges and dumbbell squats.<br/><br/>Moving along to your hamstrings, there are three great body building workouts you can do. The first is lying leg curls in which you lye face down on a leg curl machine and lift up. The other two exercises are stiff legged dead lifts and dumbbell stiff legged dead lifts.<br/><br/>The last of the muscles to include with your body building workout is your calves. There are several exercises you can do to build up your calves giving you muscle for leaping abilities. The most common exercises include standing calf raises, seated calf raises, leg press calf extensions, and standing one legged calf raises. All calf raises consist of you simply standing on your toes and raising yourself using your calf muscles.<br/><br/>Putting together a quality body building workout for your legs is essential. You want to have strong, powerful legs to support your upper-body.  Unfortunately, far too many bodybuilders focus solely on their upper-body. <br/><br/>Take these exercises and apply them to your workout regimen to build strong legs. You can work your quadriceps into your bicep, tricep and shoulder workout day and place your calves and hamstrings with your back and chest workout day. This makes for a perfect workout schedule.<br/><br/><br/><br/></div>
