I just finished a meathead workout here in Krakow, Poland. It included shoulder presses, pullups, decline pushups, db rows, and some meathead arms. Plus stretching. I also posted a link to this funny article on "Signs you are doing too much cardio" (feel free to add yours here) => Too much cardio?
